If ever there was a dog that could look right into your soul it's Archie. I met Archie in Wilmington when I was invited there to do a photo shoot by Diane Mayer, owner of Happy Dog, Healthy Dog and the founder of the "Diamonds for Dogs Foundation". I was drawn to Archie as one might be drawn to the Buddha. There's something very spiritual about him that is "dog" and yet "not dog". He's suffered a lot and with that suffering has come an apparent "knowing" that there's no need to sweat the small stuff.
