At Sam Allen Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise purchase. And we understand that occasionally items need to be returned or exchanged.
For boxed note cards, calendars, posters and books
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) to us in original condition and original packaging (if available) within 30 days of your purchase to:

We will credit the price of the item to your credit card or exchange for another item once we receive your return. Please use the return address label included with your order's packing slip. For all exchanges inside the US, we will waive the regular shipping charge to send you a replacement item of equal or lesser value. For exchanges to item(s) of greater value, we will charge your credit card for the item price difference plus any additional shipping charges greater than the shipping charge for the original order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
For Portrait sessions and prints
Refunds or exchanges for portrait services and prints are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your concerns and we will do our best to satisfy you.
Shipping & Handling
We ship all of our merchandise via the USPS, FedEx or UPS. For alternate shipping methods, please contact us. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders for in-stock items shipped to addresses in the US will arrive within two weeks.
Express Delivery
If you require your order to be delivered by a certain date, please call us at 800-481-8040 before 3pm ET, M-F to make sure that the items are in stock and ready to ship.
International Orders
We gladly accept international orders via credit card only. All item prices and shipping charges are quoted in US funds. Customs and applicable duty charges and taxes are paid by the customer. Shipping rates are based on actual charges plus $5.00 fee for document processing. We will contact you via email with the actual shipping charges and wait for your approval prior to shipping your order.
